It is possible to experience withdrawal symptoms if you suddenly stop taking this medication. These include restlessness, confusion, hallucinations, headaches, weakness, and diarrhea. Slowly lowering your dose may help prevent withdrawal symptoms.

Nardil withdrawal is more likely if you use it for a long period of time or in high doses. If you experience withdrawal symptoms, tell your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible.

It is important to call your doctor if the condition persists or deteriorates. You should not drink alcohol during treatment.
