You may need several weeks to see full benefits of this medication for the treatment of high blood pressure. You may not see the full benefit of this medication for weeks to months after starting it. If you switch from Entresto, wait 36 hours before taking your first dose.

Whenever your condition worsens (for example if your blood pressure readings remain high or increase), you should consult your doctor. if you miss a dose you can take it when you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, you can skip the missed dose and continue with your schedule.

Store at room temperature away from children and animals when not in use.

• loss of taste sensation
• fainting
• swelling, rapid weight gain
• pale skin, easy bruising or bleeding
